Case background

This is a part that one of our China customers needs to customize a shaft. The customer is the top hardware assembly and industrial manufacturer in China, and has strict quality requirements. They request the demension 36+-0.1mm and cannot exceed any tolerance.The material needed to be highly magnetic and corrosion resistant and have Stable and consistent concentricity , hence the part had to go through various processes like surface coating electroless nickel alloy. Another difficlut is the part have a long and thin cylinder in a arc structure demension. We should us CNC process to complete it.
